1. About Crafture
Crafture provides career consulting, job search support, interview preparation, training programs, and educational resources designed to help candidates improve job search outcomes.
Crafture provides structured guidance and support to help candidates navigate the job market. However, hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
Crafture does not guarantee job placement.
Results may vary depending on candidate experience, skills, preparation, and market conditions.
2. Two-Way Process
Crafture programs operate as a two-way execution process.
While Crafture provides strategy, guidance, and structured support, candidate participation is essential.
Candidate responsibilities include:
responding to recruiter calls and messages
responding to Crafture team communication
attending scheduled interviews
preparing for interviews using provided guidance
completing assessments on time
actively participating in job search activities
3. Job Search Flexibility
The job search process may require flexibility, particularly during the early stages.
During the initial 15–30 days, the focus may be on generating market response and evaluating resume effectiveness.
Applications may include broader job roles, different companies, or varied locations in order to evaluate market response.
Candidates are encouraged to remain reasonably flexible regarding job location, job titles, salary expectations, and employment types.
Crafture helps candidates secure employment opportunities but cannot guarantee specific job titles, salary levels, companies, or locations.
4. Interview & Assessment Responsibilities
Candidates must take interviews and assessments seriously.
Candidates should:
attend scheduled interviews
complete assessments honestly
prepare using provided guidance
respond promptly to interview invitations
Repeated missed interviews or lack of preparation may affect the effectiveness of the program.
5. Interview Conduct & Professional Communication
Candidates are expected to maintain professional communication during interactions with recruiters, vendors, and hiring managers.
Candidates are encouraged to follow recruiter guidance regarding discussion of compensation, visa sponsorship, or contract terms during the appropriate stage of the hiring process.
Professional communication includes:
polite and respectful interaction with recruiters
professional email responses
timely updates regarding interview schedules
6. Interview Preparation Standards
Candidates should maintain professional interview standards including:
stable internet connection
quiet interview environment
appropriate video background
professional appearance during interviews
Candidates should avoid attending interviews while traveling or in distracting environments.
7. Communication Requirements
Recruiter communication is time-sensitive.
Candidates should:
respond to calls and messages
check email regularly
monitor LinkedIn messages
respond to recruiter communication promptly
Crafture is not responsible for missed opportunities caused by delayed candidate responses.
If a candidate is unavailable, they should inform the team in advance.
8. Vacation or Temporary Unavailability
If candidates plan vacations, travel, or temporary breaks, they should inform Crafture in advance so job search activities can be adjusted accordingly.
9. LinkedIn Participation
LinkedIn plays an important role in recruiter visibility and job search networking.
Candidates are encouraged to maintain an active LinkedIn profile during the program.
Candidates may be advised to maintain a single active LinkedIn profile to avoid duplicate accounts or platform restrictions.
LinkedIn platform restrictions are governed by LinkedIn’s policies and Crafture cannot influence such decisions.
To optimize LinkedIn profiles, candidates may be asked to provide information such as:
professional photograph
employment history
profile details required for optimization
Providing requested information within reasonable timelines helps avoid delays in job search execution.
10. Account Responsibility
Candidates are responsible for maintaining access to accounts used during the job search process, including LinkedIn and email accounts used for recruiter communication.
Maintaining account access ensures smooth coordination during the program.
11. Recruiter Availability
Crafture recruiters may observe certain holidays including U.S. public holidays and selected international holidays.
If a recruiter is unavailable, another team member may assist in maintaining continuity of service.
12. Operational Responsibilities & Tracking
Candidates may be requested to update shared tracking sheets used for interview coordination and follow-ups.
Updating interview progress and feedback helps both the candidate and Crafture team monitor job search activities.
Referrals should be submitted through the official website referral form to ensure proper tracking.
13. Job Offer Disclosure
If a candidate receives a job offer through opportunities generated during the program period, the candidate must inform Crafture.
Transparency regarding job offers helps ensure proper coordination and program evaluation.
14. Placement Fee & Offer Acceptance
If a candidate accepts a job offer generated through opportunities during the program period, the placement fee must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Placement fees are typically due once the candidate accepts the offer or confirms employment.
The role offered may not always match a candidate’s ideal or “dream” position, as hiring decisions depend on market conditions and employer requirements.
15. Prior Application Disclosure
Candidates may be asked to disclose companies they have already applied to independently before joining the program.
This helps prevent duplicate submissions and ensures transparency regarding opportunities generated through the program.
16. Trial Plans
Trial plans provide limited service access intended to help candidates evaluate Crafture’s process.
Trial plans are generally valid for a defined period starting from the activation date.
Trial plans do not guarantee job placement.
17. Trial & Subscription Placement Fee Consideration
If a candidate receives a job opportunity through activities conducted during a trial or subscription period, placement fee terms associated with the program may apply.
18. Course Access & Refund Policy
Course access duration depends on the program or plan purchased.
Course purchases are non-refundable.
Course materials are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee job placement.
Unauthorized sharing of course materials may result in suspension of access.
19. Service Refund Policy
Payments for consulting services, programs, or trial plans are generally non-refundable once services have started.
Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, incomplete participation, or change of mind after enrollment.
20. External Consultancy Considerations
